故事簡介

五個老友在多角戀中糾纏不清，快要結婚的一對不如想像中美滿，守候多年的單戀男滿肚不爽，自命專一的人夫猶豫著應否出軌，看似灑脫的女生其實未能從苦戀抽身。喝下誠實泉水，連綿的對話便滔滔湧出，在連環攻防下，各人最真實的慾望漸漸顯露，下一刻又將往別處流瀉。濱口首部長片，也是他的碩士畢業作，將戲劇藏進生活，攪動愛情暗湧，從自欺欺人的違心話中挖出最刺激的秘密，配以歌舒詠略帶奇詭的藍調鋼琴曲，點出都市男女幻變難測的愛慾。

Synopsis

A birthday dinner of a happily engaged couple, an accidentally disclosed affair, and five lifelong friends entangled in love. Hamaguchi’s first feature, as well as his graduate work for his master’s degree in film at the Tokyo University of the Arts, reveals the concealed drama in life, stirs up the undercurrents of love, digs out the most exciting secrets in self-deceiving words, and gradually reveals the deepest desire of each and every individual there is. Backed by George Gershwin's blues piano piece, the film points out the ever-changing and unpredictable love and desires of men and women in the modern metropolis.
